Course information

This course is aimed at last-year residents, board-certified radiologists, and fellows, who are interested in Oncologic Imaging. The focus is on advanced imaging strategies, diagnostic criteria and challenges when dealing with some of the most important chest, abdominal, and urogenital malignancies. An outstanding European and Mexican faculty will ensure a high-quality teaching programme, combining lectures and interactive case discussions.

Learning objectives

  • to be aware of the lung cancer screening programmes
  • to get familiar with multimodality imaging of lung cancer
  • to review the guidelines on the diagnosis of HCC and their translation to practice
  • to understand the role of MR imaging in prostate cancer
  • to know the most common imaging presentations of liver metastases
  • to review the diagnosis clues of renal cancer and the differentials
